ATS-1 

  • Enclosure

ATS-2

  • Same as ATS-1, but includes a total of 2 LMI High Rate Chemical Pumps to circulate 2 different chemicals.

ATS-3

  • Same as ATS-1, but includes a total of 3 LMI High Rate Chemical Pumps to circulate 3 different chemicals.

AutoTreat is made up of 3 main components

 

Enclosure

The enclosure houses several components behind the panel, but we will handle all of that.  The only component in the enclosure that is relevant to guaranteeing your chemical gets circulated as designed is the touch screen.

Don't worry, the menus take the user through the chemical setup process just as if you were batch treating by hand.  Pre-flush volume, chemical volume, post flush volume...If you, or your personnel, have questions don't hesitate to call....might as well, it's free and we would be happy to help.

Electric Ball Valve

600 psig,  double o-ring sealed stem design, powder coated aluminum NEMA 4X housing, internal heater, and a temperature rating from -22° F° to 150° F ensures the equipment works in a wide range of environments.

 

Chemical Pump

High rate chemical pumps inject production chemical at the wellhead.  We recommend the use of a spring loaded valve to reduce siphoning.

Continous Flush

  • For high volume wells using a continuous flush setup down the annulus. This system uses a modulating valve to automatically switch from flush to production. side stream flush that are prone to salting off and valves that wash out. "Open time" and "closed time" are easily adjusted on the control panel.
